Promote common av (audio/video) classes (AudioSink, ..) from JOGL to GlueGen for cross module usage in JOAL, JOGL, ...
Supply AudioSink: NullAudioSink and JavaSoundAudioSink by GlueGen,
ALAudioSink is supplied via JOAL.
