Reverting erroneous junit-test task condition (ant build)
as introduced while hacking on iOS.
- Builds on MacOS, Windows and GNU/Linux now.
- All but 2 tests passed on Windows
- GNU/Linux AMD GPU regression
-- 1) No compat profiles on X11 device
-- 2) Remaining core only profiles disclose buggy GLProfile selection
-- This needs to be fixed pre-release
