Always use own textureLookupShader, avoiding confusion or even race conditions.
Validate textureLookupShader custom name against GLSL internal 'texture2D' (illegal override)
Add missing VideoPixelFormat conversions:
- RGB24, ARGB, RGBA, ABGR, BGRA
