OpenGL EGL, ES1 and ES2 Header Sync incl. subsuming common extensions.
- New EGL/ES headers from 2012-01-xx
- Subsuming ES extensions to core,
allowing aliasing of more enums/funcs to GL or GL2ES1/GL2ES2:
