JOGL: HashMap ProcAddressTable for all GL profiles incl GLX/WGL/CGL/EGL
Reduce (performance/footprint) overhead of ProcAddressTable recreation,
instead use a hashmap (major, minor, profile) -> ProcAddressTable.
Remove GL2ES12 implementation profile, redundant.
