GLArrayData: Fix 'growBuffer()' / clarify 'initialSize' -> 'initialElementCount'
- growBuffer() was using '(osize+additional) * components' -> 'osize + (additional * components )' - added jogl.debug.GLArrayData - notifying growBuffer()
