Add Factory for triangulation with base Interface; misc cleanup
CDTriangulation moved to impl (jogamp.graph), where additional triangulations
or a wrapper to GLU triangulation can be added to triangulator.
TWO_PASS_RENDERING renamed to VBAA (algorithm name)
misc comments cleanups
