Bug 801: Elaborate on multisampling performance/quality: Flipquad, RGSS, Quincunx
Using poles only as sampling points is not as effective as: flipquad > rgss >> quincunx Best quality would be 'wholeedge', i.e. average every supersample, however performance is worse here.
