NEWT: Simplified Locking

- Using Display.getEDTUtil() and Display.runCreateAndDestroyOnEDT()
  to determine the NEWT EDT behavior, which may be specialized by the implementation.

- AWTWrapper and Newt/AWT Parenting deadlock fix.

- Misc fixes in test cases
