Remove deprecated methods.
- Quaternion.isEmpty() - Texture.dispose(GL) - GLContext.getGLVersionMajor() / ..Minor() - GLContextImpl.bindPbufferToTexture() / releasePbufferFromTexture() - MouseEvent.getWheelRotation() -
