Split TestGLAutoDrawableFactoryOffscrnCapsNEWT to
TestGLAutoDrawableFactoryGL2OffscrnCapsNEWT and TestGLAutoDrawableFactoryES2OffscrnCapsNEWT
TestGLAutoDrawableFactoryGL2OffscrnCapsNEWT contains more 'Bitmap' tests of various caps, w/ snapshots.
