Fix NEWT KeyCode: Basic KeyCode Validation on X11, Windows and OSX
- X11: Add VK_QUOTE mapping - OSX: Add single shift, ctrl alt key press; Fix mapping: Command -> Windows, Option -> ALT, add BACK_QUOTE and QUOTE.
