Bug 882 - Crash on OSX when closing NEWT window - Fix: Release NewtMacWindow manually in close0()
Release NewtMacWindow manually in close0()
- Mark [NewtMacWindow setReleasedWhenClosed: NO] in init0(..)
- Release NewtMacWindow manually in close0(..)
Check pointer args in close0(..)
