Bug 916 - NEWT Fullscreen Mode on Windows ALT-TAB doesn't allow Application Switching
Remedy for 'some' display drivers, i.e. Intel HD: Explicitly push fullscreen window to BOTTOM when inactive (ALT-TAB)
