Was removed mostly via commit 63e31d05ad9f1df99663997c2f04ad086f29c8fc
We have 2 choices building for java8 under java11:
1) use source, target and bootclasspath options
2) use release option
It is said that (2) is not yet accurate enough
and (1) shall be favored as it guarantees no java>8 class leak
from the build JDK.
This patch is isolated to allow removal of said bootclasspath
if desired by anybody

Before we bumped java language version to 1.6, i.e. target == 1.5,
we required to compile some parts w/ the host level (1.6).
This is no more required.

- 'setAllowsConcurrentViewDrawing()'
- 'setCanDrawConcurrently()'

Cleanup:
- Adding Javac includeAntRuntime argument (false whenever possible)
- Clear junit results folder before testing
- <ant ..> tasks, use inheritRefs="true" inheritAll="true" whenever possible
for better performance and consistency (no duplicate property names).
The JOGL build -> build-<component> tree is clean in this respect.
junit.run: Test*NEWT*
Emulation of junit task,
due to the fact that we have to place invoke our MainThread class first (-> MacOSX).
Utilizing Ant-1.8.0 and ant-contrib-1.0b3 (loops, mutable properties).
Fixed NEWT tests:
- No more println .. using Assertions ..
- Offscreen produces 2 files correctly (Linux/NVidia, OSX/NVidia, Win32/Emulation)

produce source file and line number information. Fixed demos to pop up
a dialog box if an extension they need is unsupported.

Biesiadowski. Modified their original build.xml to understand
dependencies between build phases (to avoid full rebuilds each time)
and to invoke the C compiler without requiring an external Makefile.
At this point the old Makefile/Makefile2 pair is obsolete and will be
deleted shortly, as soon as the Ant build has been tested on Linux and
Mac OS X. Additionally, Cygwin is no longer needed for the build; the
documentation will be updated to reflect this. Refactored some of the
stub_includes files to be common between platforms, yielding a build
process cleanup. Fixed bugs in Javadocs.
