This waiting callback could freeze the call to CVDisplayLinkStop. - Fix Bug 691: Layers and native GL-Context are _not_ Released - Following proper release cycle: Context unrealized: - JAWTWindow.detachSurfaceLayer() -> OSXUtil.RemoveCASublayer(..) - CGL.releaseNSOpenGLLayer(..)
