FIXME: java.nio.ByteOrder usage.

Commented out usage of java.nio.ByteOrder,
ie. ByteBuffer.order(java.nio.ByteOrder.nativeOrder()),
since it is not available on JSR 239 cdcfp ..
Removed mipmap functionality in GLU and GLUes1,
since the mipmap implementation is heavily using
java.nio.ByteOrder (see above)
Removed classes/packages:
com/sun/opengl/impl/glu/mipmap/**
com/sun/opengl/util/texture/**
com/sun/opengl/util/io/TGAWriter.java
com/sun/opengl/impl/GLPbufferImpl.java
since they are heavily using java.nio.ByteOrder (see above)
