Tests: Enable all tests ; Remove 'test' target -> 'junit.run' ; Fix junit chained tests;
Enable all tests
- Remove 'test' target -> 'junit.run'
- calls build.xml tests first, then
- calls build-junit.xml tests
- build.xml unit tests were disabled, enable them via junit.run
