Initial checkin of the TextRenderer3D class. This class
provides a true 3D rendering of a text string. Methods are
available to draw text, set the extrusion depth as well as
compile to a display list rather than draw immediately.
Also checked in a simple demo (TestRenderer3D) of the use
of the draw() method. As simple as it can be.
Also checked in a more complex exampled that demonstrates
the compile/call methods and uses animation to bounce a large
number of text objects (as display lists) around the screen.
